This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Terms") is a legal agreement between you (an individual or an organization) and Le Quoc Tuan ("the developer") regarding all software applications published by the developer on the Apple App Store, including the two-factor authentication (2FA) authenticator app, together with any updates, Premium subscriptions, related documentation, and accompanying media (collectively, the "Software").
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and the Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Software. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not download, install, or use the Software.
1 License grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for personal use or for internal use within your organization, in accordance with the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Where Family Sharing is enabled, the Software may be used by members of your Family Sharing group as permitted by Apple.
You may use the Software only to generate codes and store credentials for accounts that you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the minimum system requirements and for any costs incurred from network connectivity, mobile data, or any other expenses associated with your use of the Software.
2 Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, distribute, sell, rent, or lease the Software.
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
- Modify, alter, or create derivative works based on the Software.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices contained in the Software.
- Use the Software for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, including accessing accounts without authorization.
- Use the Software to develop a competing product.
- Circumvent any technical measures designed to restrict access to the Software or to Premium features.
3 Intellectual property
The Software is licensed, not sold. Le Quoc Tuan retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all related intellectual-property rights: copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and any improvements, modifications, or derivative works.
All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by the developer.
4 Updates and changes
The developer may provide updates, patches, or new features for the Software. These updates may be installed automatically or with your consent, depending on your device configuration. All updates are subject to the terms of this EULA unless accompanied by a separate agreement. The developer may add, change or remove features, including which features are part of Premium, at any time.
5 User content
You retain full ownership of the 2FA accounts, passwords, notes, backups and any other content you store in the Software. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of any content you provide, and for storing only credentials you are authorized to hold.
6 Your responsibility for secrets, backups and access
The Software generates one-time codes from secrets that exist only on your device and in backups you choose to create. The developer does not hold copies of your secrets, codes, passwords or PIN and cannot recover them. You are responsible for:
- Keeping a current backup (iCloud Backup or an exported file) before changing, resetting or losing your device, and before deleting or reinstalling the Software.
- Keeping your PIN, recovery email, exported files and backups confidential.
- Keeping the recovery or backup codes issued by each online service you protect with the Software.
If your device is lost, stolen, reset or damaged and you have no backup, you may permanently lose access to the accounts protected by those codes, and the developer shall not be liable for that loss. The developer will never ask you for your secrets, codes, PIN or passwords; treat any such request as fraudulent.
7 Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases
Some features of the Software ("Premium") require a paid subscription purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. The available plans, prices and any free-trial period are displayed in the Software before you purchase and may vary by country or region.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID.
- Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via the "Manage Subscriptions" link in the Software. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Premium access until then. Deleting the Software does not cancel your subscription.
- Payment and refunds. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by the developer, at support.apple.com/billing or reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restoring purchases. Use "Restore Purchases" in the Software to recover an active subscription on a new device signed in with the same Apple ID.
- Price changes. The developer may change subscription prices for future periods. Apple will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before a new price applies.
- No cash value. Subscriptions are not transferable and have no cash value. Premium features depend on the continued availability of Apple's services.
8 Wi-Fi Security and Private Browser
Wi-Fi Security results are heuristics intended to help you assess a network. They are provided for information only and are not a guarantee that any network is safe or unsafe. The Private Browser is a convenience feature; websites you visit through it are operated by third parties and are outside the developer's control.
9 Third-party services and trademarks
The Software may integrate third-party services, APIs, or materials (for example the Apple App Store, iCloud, Firebase, Adjust and the Facebook SDK). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. The developer is not responsible for any third-party service.
Issuer names and logos shown in the Software (such as Google, Facebook, Microsoft or Binance) belong to their respective owners and are used only to help you identify your accounts. The Software is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by those services.
10 Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the Software will meet all of your requirements, operate without interruption, be entirely error-free, or be compatible with every device. In particular, the developer does not warrant that any one-time code will be accepted by a third-party service, that codes will be available at a particular time, or that the Software is suitable as the sole second factor for any account.
11 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Le Quoc Tuan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of secrets, codes or backups, loss of access to third-party accounts, business interruption, or any other commercial damages arising out of or related to the use (or inability to use) the Software. In no event shall the developer's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 10 if you paid nothing.
12 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Le Quoc Tuan from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of this EULA or your violation of any third-party rights.
13 Termination
This EULA takes effect from the moment you install the Software and remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the Software from your devices; this does not cancel an active subscription, which you must cancel as described in Section 7. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.
The developer reserves the right to discontinue, update, or stop supporting the Software at any time without prior notice. Sections 3, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12 and 16 survive termination.
14 Terms required by Apple
The following terms apply because the Software is distributed through the Apple App Store:
- Acknowledgement. This EULA is between you and the developer only, not Apple. The developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Software and its content.
- Scope of license. The license granted is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Software on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Maintenance and support. The developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.
- Warranty. In the event of any failure of the Software to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Software to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Software.
- Product claims. The developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Software or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the Software fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer-protection or similar legislation.
- Intellectual property rights. In the event of any third-party claim that the Software infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of such claim.
- Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce it against you.
15 Export compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws and regulations relating to the Software, including export-control laws and sanctions issued by the United States and other competent authorities.
16 Governing law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be resolved by the competent courts in Vietnam. Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.
17 Entire agreement
This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Le Quoc Tuan with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written. If any provision of this EULA is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18 Changes to the terms
The developer reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. New versions will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
